FFE works only to numbers with in AP
To add Friends & Family NOS
SMS as
"FFE 1 2 3 4 5" to 53733. Here 1,2,3,4,5 represets mobile/landline numbers
As soon as you send an sms you would receive an acknowledgment.
eg:
For 2G vennele match offer--Of the 5 numbers in FFE one can use all landline/ all mobile/some landline + some mobile numbers.
1.It is not mandatory to have at least one land line number.
2.it is not mandatory to use all the 5 numbers in F&F/FnF.
Change (Cancellation) of F&F/FnF numbers:
FFE< space >old number< space >New number
1. At a time only one change will be allowed.
2. Rs.5/- will be charged for each change
3. Repeat the process for every change if any.
For activation it takes anywhere between 24 to 48 hours, the activation is again confirmed through an SMS that contains the FnF enabled numbers
